Anthem Growth Committee – Now Accepting Applications for Phase 2
As development continues to accelerate in the North Valley—especially with the growth of TSMC and surrounding projects—the Anthem Growth Committee is preparing for Phase 2 of its important work.
We are currently seeking up to 3 new committee members to join our existing team of 7 residents as we move from policy creation to strategic execution.

What Is the Anthem Growth Committee?
Formed in 2024, the AGC was created to help the Anthem Community Council prepare for future growth.
In Phase 1, the committee:
• Developed a formal annexation policy
• Created a developer engagement strategy
• Presented findings and policy recommendations to the ACC Board
Now in Phase 2, the committee will focus on implementation, planning, and community-focused expansion.

Key Projects in Phase 2 Include:
• Working with Phoenix and state stakeholders on zoning and land use
• Finalizing a financial plan for future amenities and infrastructure
• Attracting quality developers aligned with Anthem’s standards
• Defining clear annexation expectations
• Creating GIS maps to help visualize Anthem’s potential growth

Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for residents who are passionate, solutions-oriented, and ideally experienced in:
• Engineering or development
• Land use / zoning law
• Financial or economic planning
• Urban planning / community development

• Monthly meetings (with workgroup meetings as needed)
• Real deliverables and tangible impact on Anthem’s future
• Term runs through the end of 2025
