Recurring and Single Online Payment with Alliance Bank (eCheck, EFT, or credit card)


When paying online through Alliance Bank, you will need the following information:

  • Management Company ID: 6906
  • Association ID: 1111
  • Unit Account Number: Unique to each homeowner property account (10-digits beginning with a 1 and ending in 1)

To establish eligibility for recurring payment through Alliance Association Bank, please click Pay online. 

There is no charge for the selection of recurring eCheck payments but there are fees charged if using a debit/credit card. 

If establishing recurring payments with Alliance Association Bank, if the assessment rate changes, it will be necessary for the homeowner to update the payment with any changes to your assessment value.
